I used gluten free flour. Everyone was shocked at how good they were & that they were gluten free & vegan!!! I’d like to say I appreciate you not trying to “healthily” vegan baking. It can be frustrating to find vegan recipes that actually taste good! I want yummy cookies like my grandma used to make while also being mindful of animal product/byproduct consumption. Thank you for this recipe!!
