As soon as it was dropped off at my door, I cut open the bag and started marinating some soy. They turned out great!! I’m sure my hubby will be requesting I made this recipe pretty often.

This makes for such a deep and even flavor.

I made a few changes (used a SoyJock instead of Soy Curls, and the full 4 cups at that with same liquid as written. Also dumped the whole thing after socking for 30 min into the pan and cooked at low heat until all was absorbed)

End result is a chewy and tasty jerky.
